HiFyve has a client in Springfield, MO that is hiring for an Applications Engineer!

Key Information:

  • Pay Range - $65,000 to $75,000+ (depending on experience)
  • Shift - Day Shift Schedule
  • Location - Springfield, MO


Job Description As an Application Engineer, you’ll collaborate with a team of engineers to bring customer concepts to life, from initial requests through design and product rollout.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include the following:

  • You’ll be involved in each stage of the process, working on custom designs and product implementations that enhance air quality in buildings worldwide.
  • Responsibilities include generating engineering quotes for unique customer needs and creating custom or modified designs.
  • You will provide ongoing support to the manufacturing, customer service, and purchasing teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Offer technical customer support through phone consultations, site visits, and troubleshooting issues on-site as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to assist the team and meet customer needs.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor of Science – Mechanical or related Engineering field
  • Experience in mechanical design utilizing CAD software
  • Experience with sheet metal design and manufacturing
  • 2-3+ years’ experience preferred
  • Must have FEA experience (Finite Element Analysis)
  • Must have sheet metal experience
  • CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) is preferred but not required
