• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 8 years of experience in automation and engineering, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects.
• Expertise in design team leadership across various engineering disciplines.
• Skilled in integration and programming: PLC, DCS, RTU, HMI/SCADA.
• Strong communication skills for proposal preparation and presentations.
• Ability to mentor teams and provide clear direction for project execution.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budget and report analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experienced in proposal development and project estimation.
