Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at Connectd, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through leading prospects through the full sales cycle to close. Your primary responsibility will be to identify clients requirements and position the range of Connectd's services accordingly, while taking a studious approach to their specialism, keeping abreast of developments within the executive space and speaking confidently around client's career and future ambitions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve revenue targets and position the platform as a leading solution in the early stage entrepreneurial ecosystem.

OTE: £60-130,000 PA
Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days in the office per week
Requirements
- 1-3 years sales experience in outbound based role as an SDR, AE or other telesales based role
- Experience working with and closing sales to an executive level of talent
- Previous experience selling subscription based products or career led programmes
- Enjoyment of spending time with prospects and motivated by financial rewards and career progression at a fast moving, hyper growth startup
