  • Passion. We know in order to change the world of live events it’s going to take something extra, something deeper than just doing your job, we believe this is #passion. You have some deep passion for what we do, whether it’s marketing, sports, music, technology, startups, or something else, we believe this is critical to high performance and our collective success

  • Teamwork. Perhaps every company has some form of this in their values, but for us these are not saccharin posters on the wall. Our team is really special and we are going to keep it that way. We believe in assuming best intentions, having each others’ backs, and empathy. No one is above any job and we all roll up our sleeves to help. Yet we also know that being a true teammate means we hold each other accountable, we don’t shy away from difficult conversations. We are always kind but we will challenge each other. Feedback is a gift and a duty.
