QA Dashboard Manager
Responsible for end-to-end operational management of the Quality Assurance dashboards and support the Head of Quality Assurance as business owner to ensure the quality of content for QA-owned Dashboards (i.e. Company & Customer)
Main tasks:
- Supports the Head of Quality Assurance in operationally managing and implementing dashboard enhancements and change requests (e.g., defining user stories, testing, coordination)
- Work closely with KPI owners, technical dashboard team and key business stakeholders to ensure quality of content in the QA dashboards and implementation of new changes
- Supports in communication and training of the dashboards
- Supports to manage and track budget consumption for the QA dashboards
- Generate standard or ad-hoc reporting
Key Skills:
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, project management for a software product
- Excellent understanding of KPIs/metrics for technology services and/or IT organization
- Knowledge of any data visualization tools/dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Maritz, MicroStrategy)
- Knowledge of IT services, Agile methodology, service management and portfolio service management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Qualifications and Experience:
- Higher education degree in IT, or Business Management or comparable education
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, requirement gathering and project management
- Experience in IT /Technology Organizations
