Position Overview: We are currently looking for a talented Design and Development Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the design, sizing, and quoting processes for complex HVAC systems, including the selection of blowers, fans, and system integration.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize designs and ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical components.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Review and interpret project specifications to ensure that designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Provide hands-on leadership during the fabrication process to ensure the highest levels of quality and accuracy for each project.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in HVAC systems, with a focus on integrating mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Hold an EPA Universal Certification.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing engineering teams and overseeing complex projects.
- Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and drafting tools for designing and laying out HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards for hazardous locations (NFPA 496) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
