Our client is a leading American company specializing in industrial processing solutions for the design, construction, and implementation of bulk-processing systems. The Process Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Process Engineers, Regional Sales Engineers, and Technicians. This position reports directly to the President.

Job Responsibilities:

• Master the intricacies of our pneumatic conveying system design software and become the primary resource for equipment sizing and design.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Process Engineers, and Field Service Technicians to develop effective process solutions.
• Support recruitment efforts to build a team of skilled Process Engineers.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team of Process Engineers.
• Design systems while training our Process Engineers and Sales Engineers to do the same.
• Enhance company application knowledge by continuously educating the team on bulk material processing techniques and facilitating direct interaction.
• Review the work of Regional Sales Engineers and Process Engineers to ensure product quality.
• Maintain relationships with design engineers from our suppliers.
• Expand company offerings to include layout/design and installation services wherever possible.
• Specify system design and prepare documentation for handoff to sales for quoting.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills and provide prompt solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Extensive experience in designing pneumatic conveying systems and dust collection systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of bulk material processing.
• Strong grasp of dry bulk process design, system integration, and project execution.
