About the Role

The Senior Data Scientist will analyze data, build models, and provide insights for business decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify growth opportunities. Leading best practices and processes, reviewing requirements and results with supervisors, defining project scopes, and delivering outcomes are required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing advanced machine learning models with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Designing, testing, and optimizing prompt engineering techniques to enhance the performance of language models.
• Building, fine-tuning, and deploying BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) models for various NLP tasks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate RAG and BERT models into production systems.
• Conducting experiments to evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
• Documenting methodologies, processes, and findings to support knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Requirements

• Have a solid educational background in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Be proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Have experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a mono-repo environment with the highest standards.
• Possess great verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and provide feedback to colleagues.
• Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be a natural problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues.

Salary Range
