Here's what you'll do:
- Develop automated processes for running molecular diagnostic assays on our instruments, encompassing liquid handling, sample processing, and optical analysis.
- Design and execute rigorous test protocols to verify requirements, ensure product functionality, and guarantee conformance to intended use.
- Conduct system-level tests in the lab to assess product feasibility and guide development efforts.
- Design and manage reliability studies on instruments used for diagnostic assays.
- Leverage your analytical skills to interpret data sets, software, and hardware logs, creating clear and concise technical reports with impactful results.

Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering, a related engineering field, or life sciences.
- 0-4 years of Systems Engineering experience (or a strong desire) to work in instrument platform development and V&V.
- Proficiency in data and statistical analysis tools (Excel, JMP, etc.).

The annualized base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $92,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
