The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Managing staff members, comprising no more than 30% of the job responsibilities
• Designing industrial heat transfer systems primarily in 2D AutoCAD (around 70% of the job)
• Occasionally designing industrial heat transfer systems in 3D AutoCAD upon specific customer requests
• Generating various engineering drawings
• Working with all company products

The ideal candidates should possess the following background and qualifications:

• Eight or more years of professional experience in 2D AutoCAD mechanical design within a manufacturing environment
• A minimum of four years leading and managing teams of engineers
• An engineering degree
• A strong preference for working exclusively with 2D AutoCAD designs (since customers require 2D AutoCAD designs, not 3D AutoCAD designs)
• A solid work history
• Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card
• Residence within a 45-minute drive from the job location
