Annalect is launching into another exciting phase of change focused on integrating digital transformation into multiple areas of the organization, including specific expansion of RPA with AI / ML capabilities. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of business process automation. The role requires collaboration and partnership with various business leaders to architect the overall automation platform and delivery solutions within Omnicom to drive value to agencies, employees, and shareholders. A successful candidate will also need a good understanding of project risks and control requirements, in order to help prioritize the automation engagements, conduct POCs, and help track ROI.


Responsibilities

  • Analyse, understand, and review existing business process documentation to ensure the complete processes steps documented.
  • Participate in various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops to define, design, and configure automation solutions.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of solution documentation (process definition document, solution design document, user manual, process estimation etc.).
  • Help with the creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launch User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Act as a SPOC for customers, Project Teams, Leadership, and administration
  • Run workshops with client SMEs to understand the end-to-end process
  • Identify any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
  • Calculate automation % and FTE benefit and build effort estimates, No of BOT
  • Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process
  • Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.
  • Must be able to provide suggestions for the improvement of existing process and design to-be flows
  • Work with MCFT on new trainings, licensing, product roadmap and tech capabilities
  • Work with Automation COE on staffing needs, licensing, architecture, infrastructure requirements
  • Participate and drive automation across various engagements executed by Annalect
  • Ensure RPA solutions are withing Omnicom security standards & adhere to Annalect developers' practices and SDLC
  • Establish and use metrics to drive continual improvement to ensure RPA service operations are improving overall quality, speed, and value to the business. 


Qualifications

  • Post-Graduate from an accredited university demonstrating a strong background in IT/technology, systems architecture, and product development 
  • 3+ years of experience in product/application development running automation and/or agile development projects across large global organizations 
  • Previous experience and strong curiosity to learn about emerging technologies specifically around RPA and AI/ML platforms and solutions; especially the Microsoft -based ecosystem of solutions 
  • Knowledge of business process re-engineering, and automation tools and their application to solve business problems 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including delivering technical details to a non-technical audience to external/internal stakeholders
