Highly respected, national engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Civil Project Engineer to their team in their Toledo, OH office!
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Valid Ohio PE License- Michigan PE License is a HUGE plus!
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Business development background/experience is a huge plus!
- Experience with leading a civil engineering office/firm.
- Must have great client communication skills: to develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Establish contacts with municipalities is desire.
- Must be able to manage employees: task assignments, scheduling, development, and talent retainment.
