Requirements for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program in the US
  • PE registered in South Carolina or eligibility for NCEES registration preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a PE with expertise in electrical design for industrial projects
  • Proficiency in electrical systems including 480V 3 Phase Power, backup generators, lighting, and fire alarm systems
  • Good understanding of building codes and standards (NFPA 70, NED, IBC)
  • Experience in design load definition, equipment selection, and project specifications
  • Ability to visit client sites and construction areas as needed
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CAD and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to contribute to sales and marketing efforts
