Lead Engineer/Project Manager

Lead Engineer/Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Actively and passively markets company products and develops new clients for the company
• Performs engineering calculations, designs, and drafting task. (Road geometry, sections and designs, stormwater quantity, subdivision conceptual layout, plan sets, etc...)
• Consistently perform permit applications while negotiating with regulators to achieve timely project approvals
• Identifies project specifications by studying and analyzing customer requirements and then implementing the data to meet performance standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead projects from inception to completion
• Ensure the successful completion of projects in accordance with quality standards
• Identifies and communicates risk

Lead Engineer/Project Manager Qualifications:

• PE License in Maine
• High School Graduate or equivalent experience or B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience managing projects and other engineers; 3+ years as a licensed Engineer
• AutoCAD experience is a plus
• HydroCad experience is a plus
