Mechanical Engineer

Salary: $70K – 100K annually

Job Summary:

• Seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join +Vantage Corporation, a leading custom automation and machine integration firm based outside Detroit, Michigan. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design and produce cutting edge machinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical components and systems for custom automation projects according to the sales order and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of mechanical designs with electrical and control systems.
• Conduct thorough reviews and testing to validate and optimize mechanical designs.
• Generate detailed engineering documentation, including drawings and reports.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, including production and post-installation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in custom automation or machine integration.
• Proficiency in 3D & 2D CAD software (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
