This position will work in El Reno, OK

COMPENSATION:

Range: $90,000 - $140,000

JOB DETAILS:

Monday - Friday

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a closely related technical degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of related maintenance, manufacturing, or hydraulic fracturing field experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and operational knowledge of pressure pumping equipment and procedures.
  • Strong technical skills with one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
  • A strong understanding of root cause analysis principals and methods.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with Fracing operational and business procedures.
  • Experience with API’s and data integration across various platforms.
  • Willingness to travel to Liberty and vendor locations as project needs arise.
  • Reliability Engineer I: 2-4 years of related maintenance, manufacturing, or hydraulic fracturing field experience.
  • Reliability Engineer II: 4-7 years of related maintenance, manufacturing, or hydraulic fracturing field experience.
  • Reliability Engineer III: 7+ years of related maintenance, manufacturing, or hydraulic fracturing field experience
  • Strong team-player


SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategizes and executes tasks autonomously, consistently meeting deadlines with precision and efficiency.
  • Orchestrates the integration and upkeep of cutting-edge software tools like Fiix (CMMS) and FracPulse (telemetry systems) to optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborates on in-depth root cause analyses to pinpoint equipment malfunctions and develops innovative solutions, both physical and digital, to elevate equipment efficiency.
  • Plays a key role in the seamless integration of new products and equipment, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced operational capabilities.
  • Utilizes advanced reporting tools to proactively monitor performance metrics, identifying opportunities for enhancement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively maintains proficiency in various technical domains, including software languages, databases, and operating systems, to support evolving work assignments effectively.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:

  • Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.
  • Visits to manufacturing, testing, and field location will be expected.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
  • Shop & outside work as required.
