Senior Project Manager / Team Leader

Halff is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Team Leader (PE) to be a part of our expanding Panama City Beach office. This position will have direct responsibility for either the public or private sector, including overseeing project design, managing staff, and interacting with clients. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing existing clients, managing a production team, and leading project delivery.

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain within 6 months preferred
• 10 years minimum experience working in Civil Engineering Design projects
• Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff
• Proven business development experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
