Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test protocols and procedures for HVAC systems
• Conduct performance testing on HVAC products to evaluate efficiency, capacity, airflow, temperature control, and other key parameters
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements

Background Required

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC testing or related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Happy to work on-site and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills
