Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Unified Communicatons Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work with recognized UC products that change the way we communicate.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain, manage, support, deploy telephony systems
- Interact with end users along with partners, vendors pertaining to support, product evaluations, current services rendered to Parsons
- Manage, maintain, support conferencing platforms such as Teams and WebEx
- Maintain 3rd party integrations and functions such as E911, CDR
- Work within MS ecosystem of O365 within commercial and GCCH
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure services perform at optimal levels
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Create and maintain schematics and engineering documents
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experience
- M365/Cisco Collaboration/Voice certification is a plus
- Networking background to include routing, switching, QoS, CoS, SDWAN
- Understanding of Voice, Media, Signaling protocols
- Positivity and Communications skills

- Be willing to get certified in related field within 6 months
- Have thorough understanding of business processes and converting them to technical deliverables

Salary Range: $100,400.00 - $175,700.00
